In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the stm888 website accessible at stm888.cam and any associated mobile-optimized version thereof.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the stm888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or similar non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by stm888 before a Player may withdraw funds or access enhanced account features.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the legal and procedural framework under which stm888 monitors and reports suspicious financial activity.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law or by stm888's licensing conditions.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of stm888, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure.

Use of the stm888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) who is at least 21 years of age. stm888 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with international responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or of another jurisdiction in which access to online betting platforms of this nature is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by stm888 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently closed from the stm888 Platform for a violation of these Terms.

To access the full range of stm888 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Information. You will be required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid date of birth, a unique email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each Player is strictly permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. stm888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances therein, and permanently bar the associated player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify stm888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. stm888 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. stm888 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that you complete a KYC verification process. Required documents typically include a copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe stipulated by stm888 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.5 Account Currency. All Account balances are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). stm888 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. stm888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by stm888, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits independently of the Platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within five (5) minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. stm888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to submit a withdrawal request, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of stm888; (b) have a real-money Balance in your Account (Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable); and (c) not be subject to any active account restriction or investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and other national observances), or if additional verification is required.

4.6 Same-Method Policy. For AML compliance purposes, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. stm888 reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different payment method.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. stm888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified via email prior to any fee being applied.

5.1 General Conditions. stm888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence with respect to that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limits are disclosed on each promotion's dedicated page. Placing wagers solely on games with a contribution rate below the standard threshold may result in wagering progress not being credited as expected.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. stm888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; systematic exploitation of free bet offers through coordinated play. If bonus abuse is detected, stm888 may void all associated Bonus Funds, withhold derived winnings, and close the Account.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility. stm888 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its reasonable discretion. Promotions are open only to Players who have fully completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

5.5 VIP and Loyalty Program. Players who meet the applicable activity thresholds may be enrolled in the stm888 VIP loyalty program. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management, are described in the VIP program documentation available upon enrollment. stm888 reserves the right to amend or discontinue the VIP program at any time, provided that existing earned rewards are honored.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. stm888 reserves the right to decline, restrict, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the stake exceeds the maximum permitted for the relevant market; the event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed (except for live in-play markets); or an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and vary by event, market type, and Player tier. Current limits are displayed within the bet placement interface at the time of wagering.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the cancellation or abandonment of the event in question; a demonstrable technical error affecting the odds or game outcome; the discovery that the Player was ineligible to place the bet under clause 2 of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Player's real-money Balance.

6.4 Sports Betting — Specific Rules. For football betting markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA competitions), standard Asian handicap, 1X2, over/under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) rules apply as described in the Sports Betting Rules document available on the Platform. For voor bola (Indonesian-style handicap betting), the specific handicap value is as stated at the time of bet placement and is not subject to subsequent alteration.

6.5 Casino and Slots. All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft, operate according to their respective studio rules and certified RNG parameters. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as stated in each game's information panel.

6.6 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on stm888 operate according to official draw results from the designated lottery provider. Draw schedules, prize tables, and market-specific rules are published on the togel section of the Platform. stm888 is not responsible for delays or cancellations of official draws caused by the administering lottery body.

6.7 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during an active game session, stm888 will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the Player's last confirmed Balance prior to the failure will be restored. stm888 is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's own internet connection or device failure.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration after which the Platform will automatically log the Player out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum permissible loss amount over a defined period. If the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently). During self-exclusion, access to the Platform is suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the stm888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Restricted Territory.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to achieve outcomes that would not be possible through independent play.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform's software, design, or proprietary data.

All content on the stm888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical assets, user interface design, software architecture, game integrations, text content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of stm888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content without the prior written consent of stm888.

Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to stm888 for integration on the Platform.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stm888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.2 stm888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 stm888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability, and stm888 will endeavor to provide advance notice where practicable.

10.4 stm888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by stm888. stm888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) stm888 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order; or (c) stm888 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your license to access the Platform is revoked immediately. Real-money Balances remaining in a legitimately closed Account (i.e., not closed due to breach) will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which stm888 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, shall first be submitted to stm888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent stm888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

stm888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects Player rights or obligations — stm888 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at stm888.cam/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made.
